It’s been a very long time coming… but I finally dug up enough time in my schedule to complete a total redesign of the fuzzynk website!  I am beyond excited to share this with everyone.  On the new site you will find the complete Signature Wedding Collection, samples of some of my favorite Custom Wedding Invitation projects, and answers to the most frequently asked questions!  I hope everyone will take a moment to hop over to the new site and look around.  Feel free to share your thoughts back here on the blog or you can always contact me via email.

To celebrate the website release I’d like to share a little of the joy with you.  Any invitation orders placed today through the end of October will receive a 15% discount.  Just mention this blog post when you place your order!

As I prepare to launch the new fuzzynk website and the 2011 Signature Collection I have been skipping over one large to-do list task… reorganizing my supplies & samples.  This weekend it finally happened and I must admit it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be.  I am so excited and inspired to finish up my designs now that I have boxes of new colorful sample envelopes, pocket-fold backings, and custom design samples labeled and ready to go.  I can’t wait to share everything I have in the works, but for now here are a few pictures of the items I’ve been sorting as well as sketches of new invitation ideas.
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and is enjoying their Sunday evening.

2010 was a crazy year… as can be seen from nearly 16 months of inactivity on this blog.  But here I am enjoying a perfectly beautiful day on 1-1-11 daydreaming about the excitement of the year ahead.  I love the fresh start that comes with the first day of a new year and I can’t wait to share the plans I have with all of you.   I’m nose deep in a new website design, brand new invitation suites, and fresh revamps of some of my most popular Signature Collection designs.  Thanks for sticking with me and I hope you enjoy the newness to come.  For now, here is a sneak peek of my new logo!

Wow! I haven’t missed an entire month of blogging since starting well over a year ago, but somehow the entire month of August passed without one post.  September is suddenly here and what better way to start it off then by sharing wedding pictures from one of my favorite couples.

I’ve posted about Erin & Scotts wedding paper in the past & I am delighted that this wonderful couple now has the chance to share their beautiful wedding with the rest of the blogging world.  Be sure to check them out right HERE on the Style Me Pretty: Little Black Book Blog!

I’ll be back soon with more posts… no more slacking!

Things have been crazy busy this week. .. mostly due to the fun give-away I did over on Style Me Pretty.  Not only that but we had a flashback to 2007 when my hubby & I said our “I-DO’s”.  Check it out right HERE!

Thanks Abby & the Style Me Pretty team for hosting the give-away and posting my wedding pics.  And welcome to all the new visitors here at the blog 🙂

I got some great news this week from Abby & her great team at the Style Me Pretty blog.  Fuzzynk has been selected to be a new member of Abby’s Little Black Book of the best wedding vendors.  I’m really excited and honored to be a part of this hand-picked group of wedding specialists.  If you are one of the few people left that haven’t heard of Abby’s blog be sure to check it out!  She posts the most amazing weddings, give-aways, DIY ideas and more.

Yesterday morning I was delighted to read a sweet post that Ms. Duckling wrote on Weddingbee about Fuzzynk Design Studio.  The blog was quite active as Weddingbee readers linked over to see what we are all about.

So, THANK YOU Ms. Duckling and HELLO to all the new readers who are stopping by.  I look forward to working with many of you that have contacted me regarding wedding invitations!

Wow, what a busy week on the blog!  It was so wonderful to read all of the comments and get a feeling of how the new collection would do.  I really appreciate each and every person who took the time to stop in and say hello!

As a special thank you to the 100+ people who entered to win I would like to extend a special discount to those who left a comment on any invitation orders from the signature collection.  So, if you left a comment please contact me using the same email address and I will get a price list over to you along with the discount information.  I hope to work with many of you in the near future.

Now I’m off to get the invitation process started for our winner, Heather… who’s wedding is just a short four months away!

Thanks again everyone!

I know I have been a very bad blogger these past couple of months.  But, I promise to make it up to all of my loyal readers with this very special post!

First up the exciting news… our brand new website is now officially live!  Check it out at www.fuzzynk.com

The second big announcement goes right along with the website release.   I’ve hinted at it in the past posts… it is the release of our ready-made line of wedding invitations. AKA: our Signature Wedding Collection!  This collection of invitations can be customized to match the colors, wording, and style of your event… but is a budget & schedule friendly option for those who aren’t  in need of full custom design services.

The third huge announcement is a give-away for my blog readers!  Yup, in honor of the website and collection release I will be giving away a set of 100 invitations from our signature collection.  All I ask is that you cruise over to the website, choose your favorite, and then come back over to the blog and comment about the design you love most.  The contest runs until 11:59 pm (pacific time) Valentine’s Day.  I’ll pick a comment at random to choose the winner.  Oh, and for my readers that are already hitched… and not in need of free invitations, well you can comment too & win some personalized thank-you cards for your newlywed use.

It has been quite a while since my last blog post. I hope all of my readers had a happy and fun holiday season…. and are as excited about the new year as I am.

2009 looks to be a pretty exciting and busy year for fuzzynk.  I am about 75% finished with the new website!  I never realized how much work it would take to get a simple & clean site up and running… but it is almost done & I can’t wait to share it!

One of the biggest changes that will come with the new site is that I am expanding beyond only custom invitation designs.   Fuzzynk will now have a new wedding collection of pre-designed invitations for couples who are short on time or just aren’t interested in working from scratch.   Each design will have not only the invitation set but coordinating reception items and save-the-dates as well.  Of course each of the items will allow for customization of colors and wording to work perfectly with the personality of each couple’s event.

I will be previewing the designs here on the blog over the next few weeks prior to the website release.  The release of the full line of invitations will come with a special give-away surprise for my blog readers… so be sure to check back!

I don’t want this post to be all business… so here are a few AWESOME recommendations for a little post holiday shopping.  I tried my best to purchase handmade gifts this year & my lovely husband followed along by surprising me with Christmas and birthday gifts from some of my favorite etsy artists.
